One of my favorite things in an audio effect is aleatoric parametric changes - step-phasers, cross patterns, Its part of why Steve Reich is my favorite composer. This pedal takes it to an extreme by incorporating an AM/FM radio into the pedalboard, with optional cross modulation (multi-signal amplitude modulation found on the Korg EA-1, among others - it usually sounds bad in an interesting way), an interesting effect that nicolas jaar incorporates into his sets sometimes. This is also probably the closest the series comes to introducing a Genuine Chibson.

This is designed to be an homage to the TC Electronics pedals that came out around 2010. I thought they sounded great but at that point I was rolling three pedalboards deep and needed to focus on actual songwriting rather than adding more reverb. I'd have added a radio tho.
