Boss doesn't take too many risks with their pedal line up. A Ring Mod with a post-mod overdrive seems like kind of a wild design for them - first generate aharmonic sums/differences, then generate harmonic overtones via overdrive. Fun, for certain math-flavored values of "fun"!
